LEGAL DESCRIPTION:  The subject property is commonly referred to 3206 SW Loop 436 in Carthage, Texas.  The property is described by a metes and bounds, 10 acres, more or less.  The property is part of the George Goodwin Survey, Abstract No. 224 in Panola County, Texas. 

UTILITIES:  The site is served by the City of Carthage for water and sanitary sewer services.
